Lauren Kadel is a New York based director, choreographer, and actress who has worked extensively for national tours, regional theatres and original works. Most recently, she choreographed Anything Goes at Timberlake Playhouse. Lauren also worked at RWS Entertainment Group as the Director of Resident Productions, where she remounted productions for Holland America Line, Azamara and MSC Cruises. She has also worked alongside Susan Stroman on The Merry Widow at The Metropolitan Opera and The Lyric Opera of Chicago. She remounted the original direction and choreography of The Producers: 2015-16 national tour and at Point Park University and Young Frankenstein at Music Theatre West. Associate direction and choreography includes The Wizard of Oz National Tour, Drowsy Chaperone at The Cape Playhouse, Annie at The Maltz Jupiter Theatre, and Young Frankenstein at Gateway Playhouse and Ogunquit Playhouse. Favorite theaters she has performed at are: The Cape Playhouse, Ogunquit Playhouse, The Maltz Jupiter Theatre, North Shore Music Theatre, Riverside Theatre and Music Theatre of Wichita.
