Chad Vaught is a Wichita, Kansas native. He graduated from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in dance in 2017. There, he danced in works by Trisha Brown, Stefanie Batten Bland, James Sewell, and Ori Flomin, along with creating his own works. He has danced as a guest with James Sewell Ballet, Bruce Wood Dance, and performed in the Dallas Opera’s Samson et Dalila and Carmen, as well as Dallas Theater Center’s Hairspray. In 2017, Chad joined Dallas Black Dance Theater: Encore! for their 2017/2018 season, and later joined Bruce Wood Dance for their 2018/2019 season. Credits include: Ryan Murphy’s adaption of The Prom, first Broadway national tour of Escape to Margaritaville and most recently the Official Grammy's After Party Performance.
