What Platinum will do for you:

  1. Scheduling will be completed in a block format. Each studio will receive a schedule with a time stated to compete all routines. In a few instances smaller studios will be combined, however  they will have separate dressing rooms.

  2. All participants and spectators will have temperature checks at the entrance. They will be given wristbands that are worn for the day of competition.

  3. Seating will be sectioned off to accommodate the social distancing of 6 feet.

  4. After each studio block Platinum will disinfect backstage areas, seating areas, dressing rooms and common areas.

  5. Hand sanitizing stations will be placed throughout the venue.

  6. There will also be hand sanitizer located at both sides of the stage for all dancers before and after competing.

  7. Platinum staff will be required to have daily temperature checks and must wear a mask for the duration of the competition.

  8. Adjudication awards will need to be picked up after the studio’s block competition.

  9. Award ceremonies will be scheduled and be live streamed.

  10. Retail will be cashless and will have contactless credit card processors for purchases.

What Platinum needs from all Studios:

  1. All studio staff, spectators, and dancers over the age of 2 must always wear a mask or other form of face covering.

  2. All props must be handled solely by the studio. Platinum staff will not be able to help.

  3. All music must be uploaded online through your Dance Comp Genie Account.

  4. Only dancers in the competing routine and 1 studio representative will be allowed backstage.

  5. Dressing rooms should be limited to studio, staff and dancers.

  6. Following the CDC guidelines anyone with a fever of 100.4 and/or above and felt ill in the last 72 hours should not attend.

  7. If you have traveled outside the United States we ask that you self-quarantine for 2 weeks prior to the event.

  8. Only 1 parent is permitted per dancer in the PAC. This is a requirement from the Zionsville Performing Arts Center.  We will be livestreaming the competition for others to watch.
